TUESDAY. _Op:MIER 16. 1,962 'Fraternities Decide Representatives of Several un identified fraternities met last night to decide. on a policy to ward the Penn State Froth, cam pus humor magazine. Albert Magnotta, spokesman for the group, presented the fol lowing statement to The Daily Collegian: "The houses that met- tonight feel, that some kind of- humor magazine has a place at the Pennsylvania State UniVersity.
