'Fraternities Decide
Representatives of Several un
identified fraternities met last
night to decide. on a policy to
ward the Penn State Froth, cam
pus humor magazine.
Albert Magnotta, spokesman
for the group, presented the fol
lowing statement to The Daily
Collegian:
"The houses that met- tonight
feel, that some kind of- humor
magazine has a place at the
Pennsylvania State UniVersity.

Emil Sos, president of the
Interfraternity Council, said he
knew about the meeting and ap
proved of it. He would not com
ment on any future IFC action.
