gift funds for Stone Valley improvements, particularly

It will require several hundred dollars to redesignate
these funds since ballots must be sent to all class members,
but such a vote should be taken.
We will question the use of this money for recreational
facilities as long as Pattee Library remains inadequate.

Four comedies, two dramas and
a musical review are on the
schedule of plays to be presented
at Mateer Playhnuse this sum
mer. The ten-witek program in
cludes three,plays which will run
for two weeks ettch.
Dr. Walter H. IWalters, head 'of
the Department of Theatre Arts,
said that a fiv -night operation
will be in effec this year, with
opening nights on Tuesday. In
the past, plays , :have opened on
Monday and run; for a week.
The purpose of the changes is
jp enable the director and the
east to prepare each production
with more polish, Walters said.
