mings on Easter. Sunday.
An appetizer of frosted fruit
shrub, a drink made with cran

bet will begin the menu, accord
ing to Robert C. Proffitt, director
of food services. <
BAKED CHICKEN breasts
stuffed with corribread dressing
and topped with giblet gravy will
be the main course. French cut
