Until 1900, the /University calendar was divided into .three sessions. The fall session began in the middle of September and ended just before Christmas; the winter session began the- first week in January and ended in the latter part of March, and the spring session began a week later and ended In mid June.' IN 1900, the calendar was still «>lit into three sessions, but: divided into two periods.
