Lipp Says Frosh Dorms
Considered 'Closed Issue'
. The possibility of re-establish
ing freshman women's residence
halls' is a "closed issue,” Dorothy
J. Lipp, dean of women, said
Monday. ' j

residence halls for freshmen wom

with upperdass women was made
