Student Strikes Disturb Latin

'-- One of the 'biggest problems
with which Latin-American edu
cators must contend is student
strikes in the colleges and univer
sities.. Cesar Picon. visiting pro
fessor from Ayacucho, Peru, said
yesterday.

of these strikes is the. cultural
