To Begin
At Chapel
The first of the University
Christian Association Forum
Series will take place at 8
p.m. tonight in the Memorial
Lounge of the Helen Eakin
Eisenhower Chapel with Dr. Jos
eph Sittler, pfpfessor of theology at
the University of Chicago,. speak
ing on "Worghip and Intelligibil
ity." A question and discussion
period will follow the lecture.
U.C.A. will also hold the first
International . Fireside discussion
at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the home of
Mr. and Mrs. C. P. Lang; 443 E.
Fairmount Ave. "Banner Head
lines in My Country" will be the
subject of discussion by 20 stu
dents from various countries.
The Newman Club will hold a
communion breakfast at 10:15 a.m.
tomorrow in the Hetzel Union ter
race rooms A and B. Father Rol
and Fahley T.O.R. of St. Francis
College will speak on "The Exist
once of God."
A reception for graduate stu
dents and married couples will be
given at the Hillel Foundation at'
8 p.m. tonight. The foundation
will also sponsor a lox and bagel
brunch at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow.'
Dr. Vernon V. Aspaturian, profes
sor of political science, will con
duct the discussion on the Berlin!
crisis for the Sunday evening TV,
Forum at 8 p.m.
The Baptist Student Organiza
tion will discuss "This Is My Heri
tage," a review of the contribu
tions and call of Baptists, at 6:30
p.m. tomorrow.
"The New Shape of American
Religion" will be the topic of dis
cussion of the Sunday coffee and
seminar at 9:30 a.m. at the Luth
eran Student Association. At 6:30
p.m., Dr. Earnest Freund of the
philosophy department will speak
on "Berlin: Will the Wall Come
Down?"
John Tinker, sophomore in pre
med from Pittsburgh, will talk
on "Make Mine the Same" at the
discussion at 9 a.m. tomorrow at
the Wesley Foundation. At 6:30
p.m., the foundation will hold a
Bible study.
