:R~. FIRST SIGNS of Spring Week were the displays the different groups placed in the downtown stores. Tau Kappa Epsilon and Delta Delta Delta have one entitled "The Bathelds and McCoys.' Spring Week 1961 "HIS MASTEE'S VOICE" is just in the beginning stages'as four mem bers of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity move part of their float in place.
