PAGE SIX Records Expected to Fall At Quantico Relays Meet Penn State opens its outdoor track season today at the Quantico Relays and if pre-meet forecasts are correct, most meet records are in danger of being annihilated. The field is headed by a half dozen Olympians and Man hattan's two-mile relay quartet. The Jaspers set a new world rec ord in indoor competition this year The meet begins at n a.m. with the discus throw the first event.
