His topic will be “Broken Cisterns and Earth en Vessels." Author and translator of arti cles on social ethics, race rela tions and the church, Adams lias also written two books entitled “Taking Time Seriously” and “The Changing Reputation of Hu man Nature.” He is co-editor of “The Beacon Press Series on the Sociology of Politics and Religion.” Preacher for the Protestant Worship Service at 9 a.m. tomor row in the Helen Eakin Eisenhow er Chapel will be the Rev. Stoner, chairman, said that only a small percentage of the students admitted this year were below the second fifth of their graduating class. He explained that in the future the admissions policy will have to be even more selective because of the increasing number of stu dents applying. The previous admissions pol icy had required Pennsylvania students below the second filth to submit their scores of the Standard Aptitude Test of one College Board. Those in the fop two fifths were admitted on the basis of their high school rec ords. Davison spoke in op position to the bill, saying that it opposed the true purpose of a land grant institution. He moved that the rule apply only for one year and then revert to the orig inal proposal. This was defeated and the original motion was passed.
