Robert C. Proffitt, director of food service, said that the later hours which started at the be ginning of the semester have been extended to enable the food serv ice to make a "reasonable and feasible decision" on having per manent late hours. Proffitt said that the patronage of the Lion's Den has fluctuated too much to make a decision now. During this extended time a care ful check will be made on the number of - students using the later hours, he said.
