According to the report issued by Walker, departments are to begin immediately converting their curriculum organizations from eight semesters to twelve terms and adapting courses, lec tures, recitations and laboratory sessions to the 10-week schedule. The report delegates to the in dividual departments the job of offering a sufficiently wide range of courses •in the summer term, to attract undergraduate and graduate students to enroll.
