A second topic tomorrow night will be charges made by John Brandt, former Campus party clique chairman and defeated candidate for SGA vice presi dent. Brandt accused James "Tim" Nelligan, former Univer sity party chairman, of trying to throw the spring elections. The third issue will also con cern Brandt. The incident oc curred at a Campus party meet ing prior to elections. At that time James Kridel, Campus party minority leader, charged Brandt with obtaining his party chair manship illegally. Brandt has assumed the posi tion early in the semester after both the chairman and vice chair man resigned. Before becoming chairman, Brandt• had been party treasurer. The investigating committee will be chaired by Lee van Bremen. Members are Edward Kohler and Elizabeth Ingley with Harold J. O'Brien, assis tant dean of the College of the Liberal Arts, advising. The committee will evaluate the information obtained at the meeting and will report to SGA Assembly. Oliver Granted Leave Dr. Robert T. Oliver, professor of speech and head of the Depart ment of Speech, has been granted a semester's leave of absence be ginning in September to serve as guest professor at Los Angeles State College at Los Angeles.
