"Brown and Barnwell are two of the best sprinters in the East," Werner said. "Winning the race is a big feather in Brown's cap— it will help his confidence a lot.", Ironically, George Metzgar ran the best 220 of .his life, a 21.4 to match the qualifying standard, but he couldn't even place.
