CHARLESTON, W. Va (P) The national principals in West Virginia's May 10 primary—Sen. John F. Kennedy (D.-Mass.) and Sen Hubert H. He told a joint session of the Supreme Soviet that workers would be progressively exempted from income tax over the coming five years until the tax is abol ished for all factory and office workers earning up to 2000 rubles a month Workers making more will also have then income taxes aboli.,hed, hut then• pay will be cut accord ingly.
