The' building will provide facilities' for the petroleum refining labora tory, a unit of the Department of Chemical Engineering. The laboratory had previously occupied a frame structure, which was near the University power plant and was torn down to make possible the construction of Ham mond Engineering Building. The drive was held Wednesday .and yesterday in the Hetzel Union Building, A goal of 300 pints had been set prior to the drive, Hager said. More than 100 walk-ins put the drive over the top, he said. Members of the Red Cross Re gional Blood Center in Johnstown took the donations.
