Do you plan to work over the vacation to make money to help with your college expenses in the fall? If your answer 1 , ..5 yes to either of these questiox;, nerhaps you will be one of the students who wilt go to the Summer Employ ment section of the Placement Office in 112 Old Main this week. Applications for summer em ployment in 127 camps in 27 states and 21 resorts in 8 states are now available in the office. Most camps offer jobs in many areas. Openings exist in general counseling and such specialized areas as athletics, arts and crafts and waterfront direction. Resorts, too, offer all types of openings from the ordinary re quests for waitresses and bellboys to unusual ones for bartenders, pianists, social directors, beach boys and riding instructors. Representatives from camps and resorts will interview students on campus during the next few weeks. Notices will continue to come in until spring vacation; the files re main open until June. The student Summer Employ ment office also has a list of students enrolled in the Uni versity now who have held posi tions at the various locations. Students may contact these per sons to get general information about the jobs. Last year 17 camps and one resort interviewed students on campus. To date, four camps have arranged to interview and many Imore are expected to make ar rangements. Hyde Will Give Talk On Microscopy at Ml Dr. W. Lewis Hyde, director of development for the J. W.
