At Debate Meet
Penn State's debate team parti
cipated in a tournament at Wil
liam and Mary College this past
weekend, along with 22 other
teams from the north and south.
The negative team, composed of
Alan Elms and Alan Davidson,
won five and lost two matches,
while the affirmative side, rep
►esented by Verne Barger and
Dave Goodhart, won two and lost
five
The affirmatives met seven
teams, including those of Navy,
'Florida and Darmouth. The nega
;lives also had seven matches,
;meeting William and Mary, Deni
son and Richmond. among others
The debators will travel to St.
Vincent': College. Latrobe, this
weekend and King's College,
!Wilkes-Bari e, the following week
end. Three weeks from now, they
will participate in matches at
Boston University, Mount Mercy
College, Pittsburgh and the North
. South Tournament at West Vir
'ginia.

taken merely to try out a new camera it again gave us the
pleasure of working with a most charming doll . • . despite
the fact that she's a Kappa . . regardless of her broken
English, knock knees and what have you. Publishing her
name may brew up a storm (and make her available for a
Puerto Rico vacation) so we'll leave it up to you to ferret It
