William Baughman, 22, of Fleming, was killed when a wooden frame, on which he was working, collapsed alop Build ing Four. This summer a worker was blown 15 feet into the air by a dynamite blast but was uninjured. Another worker fell 25 feet from the Hammond Engineering proj ect in September but was only slightly injuied. Phi Beta Kappa Names Officers Dr. Thomas Wartik, associate professor of chemistry, has been elected president of Lambda of Pennsylvania chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, national scholastic honor society. Certer, chief catalog reviser at the University library, secretary; Dr. Teresa Co hen, professor of mathematics, treasurer; and Dr. Carl E. Mar quardt, professor emeritus of romance philology, historian. Members of the executive com mittee are Dr. Henry W. John stone, Jr., associate professor of philosophy; Dr. Hugh H.
