Young Repuhlkans Will Open Office , The Young Republicans of Cen tre County will open its its offi cial campaign headquarters at 7 p.m. Monday in the Whitehill Building on College Avenue. David West, chairman of the group, announced the opening at a meeting Tuesday and said every one is welcome to come. New officers were also elected at the meeting Tuesday. They are Neal Roads, vice chairman; How ard Kreps, treasurer; Sue Whit tington, campaign manager; and Deborah Croft, membership chair man.
