Ridge Ave., State College, was struck by an automobile at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Mrs. Stout, the wife of Dr. Ran dall S. Stout, professor of public finance, was treated by a local physician for minor injuries of the leg and arms. The accident occurred at West College Avenue and South Ather ton Street. Police said that Mrs. Stout walked into the side of a car driven by Bruce W.
