Food contracts which are now

began operating. Bids on meats,
canned goods, and frozen foods
were sent to all local merchants
and to other companies, both
in Pennsylvania and out of
state.
Venders were chosen on a basis
of low prices and high quality.
Canned goods and -frozen foods
were analyzed thoroughly during
the summer for quality, and only
the highest quality brands were
chosen for fraternity use.
Bids were sent during the sum
mer to various meat suppliers,
and the board of trustees chose
Swift ''and Co. Swift meat pro
ducers meet the U.S. Govern
ment's two highest ratings for
meats.
The,IFCPA board of trustees
consists of 11 members, five stu
dents and six non-students. The
