In the forfeited contest, the Tribe took a 2-0 decision from the Hawks when the birds failed to show up. The Nittany Tigers bucketed twice as many points as their op ponents when they defeated Nit tany 24, 26-13. Walt Voight with 10 markers and Charles Rolling, with nine, led the Tigers in scor ing.
