Painting Exhibition
To Open-Sunday
At HUB Gallery
An exhibition of oil paintings
by Ernest Krape, of Gettysburg,
formerly of Bellefonte, will open
Sunday in the gallery of the Het
zel Union Building and continue
through April 28.
Krape, a retired interior deco
rator, became interested in study
ing art 10 years ago and enrolled
in the summer program in water
color conducted at the University
by Andrew W. Case, professor of
fine arts.

Method of Computing
The method of computing in
dividual averages consists of total

the University and dividing by

Pollock said that during the pro=
bation period the fraternities
would not be permitted to have
dates inside of the house.for any
reason, but that parents would
be permitted in at any time. This
ruling would cover Mother's Day.
The fraternities will not be per
mitted to enter Spring Week, but
►flay enter the Ugly Man contest,
he said. The houses will be per
mitted to hold rushing parties.
AFROTC Cadets
To Receive Flights
Air Force Reserve - Officer
Training Corps cadets are taking
orientation flights on• a C-47 this
week and next.
Cadets who have not previous
ly done so will receive flights,
which will last one and one-half
hours each. Each cadet will be
given approximately five minutes
to operate the controls of the
plane.
Flights will be made from the
Philipsburg Airport. Four flights
will be made each of the five
days. .
