Mortar Board and Scrolls, senior women's hat societies each tapped 25 women and Cwens, sophomore women's hat society, tapped 27. He was the only nominee for the office. Edmond Kramer, head of the open house committee, was elect ed vice president and Nancy Blaha, editor of the Biz-Ad Bul letin, was elected secretary. Self-nominations fo r council positions begun at noon yesterday and will run until noon Saturday. Council has openings for five seniors, eight juniors, and six sophomores.
