Bowes, 1916 Graduate
Dies in Miami, Florida
Cmdr. Richard Harvey Bowes,
a graduate from the University in
1916, died Oct. 29 in , a Miami, Fla.,
hospital. Commander Bowes re
tired from the Navy in 1946.
A graduate in horticulture, the
60-year-old officer made his home
in Miami. He is survived by his
wife, Alma, who lives at 5600
S. W. 2nd street, Miami.
