PAGE EIGHT arris a , ins Contest For Cattle Judging John Harris, sixth semester agriculture education major, was the winner of the advanced division of the 29th annual dairy cattle judg ing contest Saturday and Alice Brambley, fourth semester pre-vet inary major, took top honors in the amateur division. Harris, last year's amateur division winner, amassed an overall 'Formal° Contest Features Prizes Penn State's "Mr. Formal" con test, now underway, will offer a summer formal outfit, cigarette lighter, formal jewelry set, and a white briar pipe as prizes to the campus winner. Similar contests are being held at 100 colleges and Universities. Applications for the contest will be accepted from groups partici pating in Spring Carnival. Con testants must be photographed in an After Six dinner jacket. Five finalists will be chosen by borough merchants Jack Harper, Joseph Hur, and Arnold Kahn. "Mr. Formal" will be chosen from finalists by student vote, Management Club To Elect Officers The Penn State Management Association will elect officers at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow in 219 Electri cal.
