It provides a 90 per cent refund upon withdrawal before the end of the first week and a decrease of ten per cent for each week thereafter up to and including the riinth consecutive calendar week of the semester. , 10 Weeks, No Refund , No money, however, will be re funded if the student withdraws from the University later than this. Before, the refund had been decreased a quarter of the total fees for each quarter of the se mester until the second half, af ter which no refund was allowed. Other major changes presented by Dr. Herbert R. Albrecht, pro fessor of agronomy and head of the rules committee, provide that the faculty of a school may rec ommend to the President that a student be referred to the Divi sion of Intermediate Registration if his scholastic work is not up to par.
