The stage would have a public address system, according to Claire Kime, a member of the gift committee. Alsci complete wiring including flood lights and possibly footlights would be installed. All student organizations would have access to the stage for ap proximately 288 days of the school year, Kime said. It could be used for speech programs, dramatics, dance rehearsals, concerts, and sings. Kime suggests that class reunion participants could also make good use of the stage—with the idea that the class of '53 might see the gift by '5B. Other senior class gift sugges tions include a record room in the library, a gift for the proposed meditation chapel (chimes, organ, or stained glass windows), the Lineman sta t u e, and an arena theater. John Hoerr is chairman of the gift committee. Assisting him are Peggy Mayberry, Robert Sherman, Mary Markley, and Kime.
