•PAGE EIGHT FMA to Hold First Meeting On Constitution The first full meeting of the Fraternity Marketing Association t 9 be held at 7:30 tonight in 219 Electrical Engineering will con sider adoption of a proposed con stitution. All fraternities participating in the organization are expected to appoint a FMA representative who will attend tonight's meeting and have a vote in the develop ment of the organization. • The meeting will also hear a report on the Association of Fra ternity Counselors-Interfraternity Council joint buying committee which has been purchasing can ned goods and potatoes for the present participating groups. • • A committee will be appointed to nominate persons to fill posts as FMA directors. Fraternities who have been purchasing through the AFC-IFC buying 'committee are considered by the incorporators of FMA as charter members. Mackey said recently he an ticipated no difficulty in ob taining the FCC charter. The' charter would allow the station to broadcast as a frequency modulation educational station at the College. Although the station would be FM, students in the dormitories would re ceive the signals on ordinary amplitude modulation radios.
