Col lege employees called for mili tary training t duty has been adopted, President:- Milton S. Eisenhower lids announced. The policy, approved by the Board of Trustees: states that the College tyill authorize military leave? up to 15 days per year. Tlie leave will be without sal ary unless the military base pay of the employee ,is less than-his College salary would be for .the same period. In these cases the College: will pay the employee the difference iii salary. The employee may request that his , entire absence for annual military training duty be charged to his accumulated Vacation time rather than th& time granted him as a leaVe if he prefers.
