PENNSYLVANIA 'Dog' Roasting Done By Electricity Now You don't have to wait until spring to roast a hot dog that is tender and full of flavor. Milt Smith. a member of Alpha Ep silon Pi fraternity, has discover ed a unique way to roast hot dogs. The process is to stick the prongs of two forks into the ends of a hot dog. Then twist two wires around the fork handles and plug the wires into a electric outlet. At first there is no change in the hot dog, Smith reported, but in about two minutes the "dog gie" cracks down the center and is ready to eat. Trustees -- (Continued from vage one) S. Walter Wiegand, head of the department, conducted the sur r vey to get more information for further study of College traffic. Wiegand said a committee has been named to carry on this study. Of the 5000 cars, 2197 are stu dent-owned, of which 933 belong to off-campus residents and, 437 to commuters. Officials said these figures may vary about ten per cent because of indifference or misunderstanding of the purpose of the survey.
