party Thursday night. A skit was

singing and refreshments.

Philotes, independent women's
social organization, held a joint
Christmas party last night with
Simmons Men's Club, a group
composed of waiters from the
dormitory.
The party, held in Simmons
recreation lounge, was a mixer
dance affair, with over 25 couples
attending. Entertainment was
provided by both groups.
The combined Christmas pro
ject of Philotes and Simmons
Men's Club is the contribution of
a Christmas food basket and gifts
to a needy famil7 in the vicinity
of State College.
