We'll miss the old Ivory Tower philosophy of life, where things in this mountain state are important but the outside world never touches. Oh, yes, we'll miss a lot of things. But after all, nobody can stay a student for life. Sometime everybody's got to get out, and see just what things are like. If you're half a man, or woman as the case may be, you'll look for ward to the chance to determine how you'll get along where things aren't figured out for you in ad vance, incidental fees and all. Believing that we qualify as half a man, we are looking for ward to the chance. This high sounding discourse is stopped short by the fact that the national emergency has already decided just how we'll take the chance for a couple of years, but these days that is inevitable, too.
