George, manager of the men’s de bate team. The debate, to be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in 121 Sparks, will be on the topic, Resolved: That the return of' Mr. Churchill as prime minister would be highly regrettable. The teams will be mixed, with Taverne from Oxford and George from Penn State taking the af firmative. Rees-Mogg of Oxford and David Lewis of Penn State will argue the negative. The non-decision debate is open to all. There is no admission fee. Honorary to Select Versatile Student Pi Omega Pi, national business education honorary for under graduates, has decided to select the outstanding business educa tion student of the year. The se lection will be based primarily on personality, scholastic ability, and extra-curricular activities. Membership in Pi Omega Pi is limited to juniors and seniors having a 2 average or better, in Business and Education, and a 1.5 in other subjects. Scholarship Offered ROTC A student enrolled in advanced ROTC who also is studying Span ish or Portuguese will be awarded a $5O scholarship in the near future. The scholarship was established by the late Frederick Brooks Hubbell of Philadelphia who died in 1928 and left the sum of $lBOO to the College.
