The seminar will be held at the University of Pittsburgh, April 5-10. The seminar is one of a series conducted by the institute throughout the country during the past four years. Representa tive groups of teachers, govern ment officials, and others inter eseted in foreign policy will par ticipate. The School of the Liberal Arts has a lower and upper division.
