Fitzcharles reported that 4400 signatures had been ob tained up until last night. The drive closes Saturday. Although the results were sat isfactory, Fitzcharles reported to cabinet that they could have been better. He charged that "apathy, and misunderstanding among the student body," despite wide spread publicity, had cut down the total. Lack of contact between cam pus organizations and students was also thiticized by Fitzcharles. Reporting for the NSA student faculty rating committee, chair man Murray Goldman asked the support of school councils to carry the plan out. Goldman will meet with ~council presidents sometime next week to put the plan into operation.
