Penn State football coach today
for outstanding achievement in
the field of athletic coaching.
A citation, signed by the insti
tution’s president, Lowell S. En
sor, was tendered the 43-year
old Engle “in recognition of out
standing achievements ... in the
field of athletic coaching.”
