In Basketball Intramurals
Zeta Tau Alpha defeated Phi Sigma Sigma 41-10 and Theta Phi
Alpha downed Nittany Co-Op 30-10 in Thursday night’s basketball
intramurals.
The first meeting of the teams on Nov. 2 showed the Co-Op
winning over Theta Phi Alpha 18-12 and Zeta Tau Alpha victor over
Phi Sigma Sigma 32-10. ! ~
Gamma Phi Beta trounced

Mortar Board, senior women’s
honorary, has set up a file of
College faculty members who
are available to act as chaperones
at social functions.
The file has been placed in the
Dean of Women’s office in Old
Main, and is available to all or
ganizations needing chaperones
for social functions. The file in
cludes the names and addresses
o fall faculty members who are
willing to act as chaperones.
Mortar Board sent out letters
this week to campus organiza
tions, informing them of the in
stallation of the file. The letters
also included suggestions on the
proper courtesies to be shown
to chaperones.
