Both runners are undefeated in com petition this year and if the race is run under favorable conditions a new IC-4A mark may be set. Other Outstanding Runners Bill Ireland of Syracuse.. IC-4A officials have invited Werner and his assistant. Norm Gordon, to install the system for the meet because of the difficulty in the past years of speeding the returns to the press and radio. The system, designed by the State coaches through a combina tion of handling large fields for the PIAA schoolboy runs and the besKmethods of prior IC-4A and NCAA title runs, will be in charge of Gordon and assistant coachc" from Columbia, Manhattan, and Michigan State.
