Harold Frey was convicted on
charges of walking on the grass
while John Mountain and Robert
Beaumont were acquitted on the
same charges. Tribunal felt that
the offenses of the two frosh were
not enough to warrant a penalty.
Punishment for the customs vio
lations will be the wearing of
sandwich signs and a parade at
half-time during the Penn State-
Temple game.
