'Committee of 90' On the other side of the election campaign, a special "Committee of 90" has been formed to back the candidacy of Milholland, Mau the, and Fritsche. The pro-Mil holland group is urging the re election of the incumbent group because it thinks "it makes sense to keep experienced men on the board during this crucial history of the College." The independents also oppose a proposal to be presented the Board of Trustees which would limit voting for trustees to active members of the Alumni Associa tion, and all other graduates who express the desire to vote by re questing a ballot.. At present bal lots are mailed to about 27,000 graduates, it was learned. About 20 per cent reply. Although the vote in favor of Dr. Eisenhower was announced as unanimous, th e "independents" claim the three incumbents op posed Dr. Eisenhower's appoint ment. Prior to the selection of Dr. Eisenhower it had been felt in in formed campus circles that Mil holland was the leading candidate for the position. Dr. Eisenhower's appointment came as a complete surprise. Cabinet To Hold Annual Banquet The annual All-College Cabin et banquet for incoming and outgoing All-College officers will take place tonight at 6 o'clock in the Nittany Lion Inn.
