"Interfraternity council should not attempt to coerce any of its component organizations into ac tion which would jeopardize their existence . . . "1. Be it resolved that (IFC) go on record as opposed to the ex istence of fraternity constitutional clauses discriminating against persons on the basis of race, re ligion or creed. "2. And that all member fra ternities seriously consider this issue and take whatever action they deem advisable to have such discriminatory clauses remov ed.. "3. And that yearly report on such actions be made to IFC by all fraternities whose constitutions contain restrictive or discrimina tory clauses."
