major problem is obtaining a bet
ter location. Schweiker said.

Kelly Places Third
In Debate Tourney
College Debater John Kelly
placed third with a superior score
of 88 Saturday in the University
of Pittsburgh debate tournament.
Teammates John Meszaros and
Donald Yenko also rated su
perior.
Vie question debated by teams
from 16 colleges was "Resolved:
that the United States should
riatiorolize the basic non-agricul
tural industries."
Ratings were not awarded on
a team basis. Using new rules,
each man rated his opponent for
every round. Debaters scoring
above 90 were rated excellent and
those between 80 and 90 earned
superior standing.
Collegs represented by speak
ers winning the first five positions
were: St. Vincent's, Westminster,
the College, California State
Teachers College, and Carnegie
Institute of Technology.

Alpha Chi Omega entertained
Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at a
"Bowery Brawl" in the Grange
dormitory playroom last Thurs
day evening.
The playroom was decorated in
the style of the "Roaring 20's".
After an hour of entertainment
provided by the Alpha Chi's, re
freshments were served.
