Those who receive this fellowship participate in a project to be held this . year in New York and Coloiado," set 'up to give laboratory experience in human relations and adult living. She also will be present at the PSCA roundtable meeting tomor row evening at 7:30. Persons in terested may either go in person to the PSCA office or telephone to apply for a fellowship. The fellowships were establish ed in 1936 to promote• better, in terfaith and intercollegiate un derstanding and relations. About 50 students will represent same 20 colleges in this year's summer Program, which will continue for six weeks. Basis for selection is the "sincere desire" to participate; the program is open to any stu dent. Miss Moser will elaborate on the plan of the project at the roundtable 'meeting. Rev. Philip Mark of the Campus Patrol, said late yester day. Due to a vague description and absence of any clue, investigation of the theft is difficult and sev eral leads which have . already been traced proved false.
