PAGE FOUR IFC Accepts Two Parts Of Point-Rating System Inter-Fraternity Council voted to accept two parts of the pro posed three-part point-rating system of campus fraternities at the council meeting Wednesday night. The parts adopted by the council are those dealing with scholarship and athletic point ratings. The third part, dealing with activities Of house members, was returned to the committee, who submitted the system, for revision. Under the proposed plan, each fraternity is alowed points ac cording to the number of mem bers actively engaged in activi ties. The fraternity securing the highest number of points will be accredited as the outstanding fraternity on campus. A report on the proposed pledge rushing system was made by Ro bert Keller but was turned down by council members. The pledg ing code for the fall semester of NU was adopted.
