PENNSYLVANIA Love's Labor Lost As Billfold Vanishes LOST—Diamond ring in girl's billfold near labs. Once upon a time a boy and a girl fell in love. The boy gave the girl his fraternity pin as a sym bol of his lasting affection. During the ensuing summer he worked long and arduously and saved his earnings. In the fall, he obtained a part-time job and con tinued to add to his savings. Fin ally he had enough money for a diamond ring. The girl was overjoyed. Her joy was short-lived, how ever, for through some quirk of circumstances she lost the ring. At the same time she lost a bill fold, a birthday present. The ring had been placed in the billfold to avoid corroding it in chemistry lab where the girl spent much of her time. Ads placed in the College paper as well as in the town paper brought no results. This is a final appeal. If you have , any know ledge of anyone ' s finding a dia mond ring, please call either the Collegian office or 4720.
