Often they prefer to work on their own rather than loin n group for fear of losing their independence. Up to now IWA. which is pri marily a social group, has been forced to represent non-sorority coeds on various college commit tees because there was no real representative group to as:sume this responsibility. At the present an independent student constitution is being drawn UP by an All-College Cab inet committee working with ISC. When this new constitution goes into effect IWA will be disbanded, but until that time IWA is actively planning for the new group. This is the time for independ ent women to say what they would like in their own organization. This is the time to join. IWA needs and will welcome suggestions on how this new system can be set up most effectively. IWA hold.s weekly meetings in 104 Temporary building at 7 p.m. Monday. Discussion in the next meeting will center on plans for the new Association of Independ ent Women. Remember—the first aim of the new constitution is to represent all independent women as fairly and accurately as possible. Now is the time to talk up so there will be no reason to talk down when the system goes into effect.
