Brown Jr., research assistant in physics at the Col lege, will address the Penn State Organized Reserve Corps at a meeting to be held at 7 o'clock tonight in Room 3, Carnegie Hall. Brown, who is a major is the air corps reserve, will speak on "Guided Missiles." He has done extensive research in this field and recently returned from Wright Field, Ohio. Following the meeting, the Penn State chapter of the Re serve Officers Association will meet. Reserve officers attending the College are eligible for mem bership in the association. Hat Council Elects Foster President Lawrence Foster, Skull and Bones, was elected president of the Hat Society Council at a meeting Sunday night. Vice president is Robert MacGregor, Parmi Nous, and secretary-trea surer is Nancy Ault, Junior Serv ice Board. The question of the legality of the recent Blue Key tapping was discussed. The members voted unanimously to postpone a final decision until more informa tion can be gathered by an in vestigating committee. Members of this committee are Nancy Ault, Sally Henry, Reginald Kimble and Robert Tomlinson. New members of Blue Key can not be chosen unless a quorum, two-thirds of the eligible voters, is present. A sufficient number of members was present, but the question is whether or not sev eral seniors who voted are to be ruled active members of the so ciety, a junior men's honorary, said Foster. Eleven of the 12 members of the Hat Society Council attended the meeting in Old Main. In order to identify their mail box keys, each fraternity has some device of weird distinction attached to its key ring which is hung on a board in front of the shop. These objects range in variety from a gear wheel to a lamp fixture. "Richard's" doorknob graces one of the keys, while a brass pipe elbow is the mark of dis tinction of another.
