WSGA WRA Hold
Election Meeting
WSGA and WRA are holding
a niqq-s meeting for sophomore
women in 121 Sparks at 6:30 to
night to complete nominations
for unfilled sophomore offices in
the two organizations.
WSGA has the position of
sophomore representative open.
An assistant intra-mural chair
man, sophomore representative,
and secretary-treasurer must be
elected for WRA.
A slate of nominees, suggested
by executive members of the two
organizations, will be presented
at the mass meeting. In addition,
sophomore women are urged to
make nominations from the floor,
provided they can offer qualifica
tions for a candidate.
Elections will be held at a later
date.
Pi Lambda Thefa Meefs
For Firsi Time Tonight
Pi Lambda Theta, national
women's educational honorary,
will meet in 105 Burroughs at
7:30 o'clock tonight, said pub
licity chairman Frances Gregory.
All Pi Lambda Theta under
graduates, townspeople, gradu
ates, and new faculty members,
are invited. They may contact
Miss Jane Bovie, corresponding
secretary, in 10 Home Economics

Ridge avenue.
Junior Servce Board
Initiates Fifteen Coeds
Junior Service Board. women's
junior honorary, initiated 15
coeds last night in the Dean of
Women's office.
Those initiated were Sarah
Bieber, Shirlianne Bush, Betty
Gibbons, Janet Gustafson. Mary
Alice Hodgson, Julia Kalbach,
Frances Keeney, Eleanor Kelly,
Laura Johnston, Arlene Mack,
Ellen Miller, Jean Moore, Lor
raine Munz, Mona Smulyan, and
Beverly Williams.
Varsity Fencers Coach
WRA Swordsman Club
Three members of the men's
varsity fencing team will coach
the WRA fencing club this year.
Larry Tessier, captain of the
men's team, and John McCreary
and Rolf Wald are the instruc
tors.

Tuesdays at 8 p.m. for advanced
players and both Tuesdays and
Wednesdays at 7 p.m. for be

every meeting to give instruction
to the eighty women who en
rolled at the club's org,tinization
